In closing, I know education is a small world and I’m sure our paths will cross quite often. I look forward to working together with you for years to come. I will look for ways to communicate with all of our stakeholders so you are well informed of what is going on inside the Shawnee district. After a Jack Tenwalde save, Caleb Miller scored on a shot right down the heart of the net to give Shawnee a 2-1 lead. Then, Michael Brenner scored on a PK shot to the lower left to give Bexley a 1-0 lead. Plans moving forward are for the Community Action Team to meet again in December. A second outreach for the public will be held in January or February.
I also believe that I should be active within the Shawnee community. This is one of the main reasons I feel it is important to reside in the district. I hope things are going well as we edge closer to the start of another school year. I am honored and excited to have been selected as Superintendent of Schools. I know Shawnee is one of the finest school districts across the state of Ohio. The only teams to reach the state championship match are Bluffton and Shawnee this year.

It is hoped then that a final master plan for Lima Shawnee facilities will be presented to the school board in March for approval of the board. A multitude of scenarios were looked at by Community Action teams since its formulation last spring. The Shawnee district has an outstanding record of academic success as well as top notch extracurricular and athletic programs. I look forward to supporting all of these and becoming part of this amazing district.
In a short time, I have had the opportunity to meet numerous people in both the community and district. Only one has reached the state championship match, Bluffton in 2019, when it lost to The Wellington School, 4-0. There are many variables in estimating the cost of buildings. Inflation and interest rates are a variable that can affect the actual costs.
